Supplies needed to conduct business:
- Bulk packs of high quality hand sanitizer
- Bulk disposable masks
- Sanitizing spray and wipes for tables, door knobs, and general maintenance.
- Fresh White table sheets to reset each upcoming client
- Fresh Blankets to reset each upcoming client
Health and Safety regulations for the business include:
- Testing for COVID-19, before employment.
- Therapists sanitize their equipment after each session, as well as wash their hands before they begin their next session.
- Therapists wear masks when performing the massage
- Front desk sanitizes door knobs, seating, and any surfaces in which frequent contact is made.
- Customers wear their masks and sanitize their hands before beginning their paper-work and taking their seat (maximum distance possible from each seated client)
- Client fills out forum of past-sicknesses for liability
- Clients will be offered a disposable mask, in the case which they forget their mask and offered to sanitize their hands and take a seat.
- Any client refusing to wear a mask will be refused service and has to abide by governmental guidelines for any future appointments made.
Sick-leave policy for therapists
- Accrued sick leave hours 48-Hours to 6 Days
- 4 Hour Notice for sick-leave is required for all employees
