I get upset when I feel as though the other person is being cold/distant
I often hide my softer, more loving side as I get embarrassed whenever I do show that I care for someone

My most toxic trait is ignoring people when I am angry.
I like to get revenge in passive aggressive ways instead of addressing the issue at hand.
I pretend that I don't need people and purposefully make them feel easily replaceable, even though they're not.
I need to spend time focusing on myself and he needs to also.
I need to stop building relationships with people who share the same issues that I do. We are allowing each other's bad behaviours and it's toxic.
I will not get into a relationship until I myself am a better person.
I want a relationship where it's playful.
I have deep character flaws which I need to work on
I need to address issues the second they occur and stop keeping things inside
I forgive myself and him as we were both young and stuck in a toxic cycle. We hurt each other but we will move on and grow.
