In the event where you are having phone signal issues, please follow these steps:
Turn off/disable the wifi function on your device. "Attempts by your device to connect to nearby wifi signals can cause data connectivity issues."
If the above step does not help:
Clear your device cache and cookies
Close all apps that may be running in the background
Apps such as Spotify or Youtube, could push Grubhub's data in the background
Force close the app and reopen
Additional root cause of the issue:
Android “Battery Saver Mode” will disrupt GPS
Turn off Battery Saver
Restart your device
Screen turned off may turn off data
