Hello Mr. Pawar,



This is in reference to your complaint about the technical issue experienced.



We regret for the inconvenience caused.

Please follow the technical steps as below:



Request you to check if the connector at the box end is properly placed or connected. 

If is not properly connected, request you to tighten the connector and check for resumption of service.


If  the connector is properly connected and still OSD is appearing, request you to perform reconnection procedure (switch off power supply, wait for 10 seconds and then switch on the power supply).



If issue persists, Perform Master reset procedure



Step 1
Press "Organiser" button from the tatasky remote.



Step 2
Select "System Settings" from the menu.



Step 3
Select "Master Reset" from the Menu.



Step 4
Request subscriber to select Yes go ahead option when STB wants to confirm on Restoring to factory default.



Step 5
Request sub to wait for box to Restart Automatically.

Post booting, request subscriber to select language basis preference and press "Select" key from remote.



Step 6
Request to Press select button on Setup checklist screen.



Step 7
Request to Press select button on LNB settings



Step 8
Request subscriber to select  IN4A-14 using up down button on remote to select a transpoder.



Step 9
Confirm form subscriber If Signal strength and Signal Quality screen along with Tata Sky Lock symbol is appeairng.

If yes, request sub to Press "Select " button.



Confirm if Channel 100 screen appears.



After following the above steps if the issue still persists, we can arrange for a Service Visit at your request.
