There are many pre workout supplements in the market but none are like this one. They are all packed with stimulants that do nothing but make you feel good and add no value to building muscle and strength. This drink is very different. On top of that it would have to include caffeine to give you bursts of energy, sodium to keep you hydrated and your blood flowing and a supplement called L-cutruline which will help all the blood in your system to go to your muscles to prevent injuries and give yoh a pumped look. This would be advertised as a “pre workout plus” as it has many extra components which no other pre workout has
