We understand your issue about the minor dent on your exchange device for which you have paid Rs. 450/- to the Wishmaster.

We looked up the snapshot shared by you and the snapshot updated by the Wishmaster on our system and found that there is a dent on your exchange device.

We would also like to let you know that the seller will not be able to refund the extra money charged by the Wishmaster.

However, we'd like to let you know that the amount seen while placing the order is just an estimate based on the model and brand of the mobile and discounts will depend on the actual condition of the mobile phone and checks performed by the Wishmaster at the doorstep.
