We understand your issue about the EMI deduction of your product 'Realme X (Polar White, 128 GB)'.
As per your query, we looked up on your order and found that your order has been cancelled by the seller as requested by you.
We'd like to let you know that the seller has refunded of Rs. 13919/- to your 'Credit Card Emi' on October 17, 2019 and it has been completed by October 25, 2019.
Also, the seller has refunded 500 Super Coins to your 'Flipkart Zone' on October 17, 2019 and it has been completed by October 25, 2019.
However, you have confirmed that your EMI still has been deducted from your account.
Hence, we request you to please get in touch with your respective bank to close the EMI as your order already cancelled so that they can check and assist you further.
Please note that Flipkart does not charge any processing fee for this payment mode. You may get in touch with the bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card for more information.
