1-Expert Ice Master, Complete control over ice; create, grow, shrink, move, remove, low drain.
2-Insomnia: Does not need to sleep and suffers no ill effects from this.
3-Expert Vampire, True Vampire, vampire lord, very powerful, elegant and beautiful. Inherent skill in dark magic and may command legions of undead minions/vampires. Daytime walking, supenatrual condition and the basic vampire powers. Still posses all of the natural vampire weaknesses but to a lesser degree.
4-Intermitten Time Manipulation, accelerating, slowing, stopping and even rewinding or looping time. Time hax immunity. Decent drain, limited use, cooldown .
5-Intermitten Resurrection, be returned to life after death. Cooldown, weakend state upon resurrection.
6-Master Meta Ability creation, create and bestow any ability to oneself or even others. Create enchanted versions of already existing abilities or make brand new abilities on the fly. Can't obtain omnipotence or something on that level.
7-Expert Durability Negation, damage the target regardless of its durability, bypassing or negating durability, even if they lack destructive attack power. Low drain, good control.
8-Expert Light Manipulation, create, shape and manipulate visible light, commonly referred to as light. Good control, low drain
9-Master Parallel Existence, the ability to exist in multiple universes and have a shared concious among those parallel versions.
10-Master Soul Manipulation, control of spirits/essences of anything, especially sentient beings. Can vary from making attacks based on soul energy, necromancy, absorb souls, corrupt souls and even destroy them. Soul absorption can easily bypass durability, and can be considered as a One Hit Kill if the opponent has no defense against it. Perfect control, very low cost.
11-Expert Elemental Enchanced Condition, use elements to enhance physical and mental attributes.
12-Master Energy Wing Manifestation, form wings out of energy. No cost, perfect control.
13-Expert Life Addition, gain an additional "life" every time the user takes the life of another being. With each death caused by the user, the number of times they can resurrect increases.
14-Expert Powerful Touch, capable of affecting the body of the ones they touch in many different ways, ranging from extremely deadly to unbelievably pleasurable. It is possible to even read the mind of the victim, to absorb its memories and powers, or even to transform people and objects into different things. To heal, to cause death, disintegration, or even to give powers to others or to learn how to use objects only by touching them. Low drain and good control.
15-Expert Implosion Manipulation, create, shape and manipulate implosion, causes an object to collapse in on itself or its occupied space. If the object is not destroyed, it will result in a highly dense form. Powerful enough to make a fairly big house impolde. Low drain and good control.
16-Expert Air Current Sense, able to sense air currents, thus enabling them to detect changes and disturbances in the air. This can enable the user to sense incoming attacks and respond accordingly.
17-Expert Hell-Fire Manipulation, generate and manipulate the cursed flames of Hell, which can completely destroy anything. Hell-fire can cause excruciating pain upon contact.
18-Expert Determined Strength, fight and defend oneself at full strength even after being nearly killed or near death, allowing them to fight even when they shouldn't be able to.
19-Expert Serving Empowerment, become stronger, faster, more durable, etc. by serving someone, quite the big boost,
20-Expert Photographic Deduction, amazing deductive and information processing ability of anything they know, which allows them to figure out connections in whatever they are investigating and process them extraordinarily fast. If they see someone moving their hands to draw something the user can create an image of what they are drawing in their head without being able to see the canvas.
