Vladimir Hospital Staff Rules
Responsif baik di akun utama toko maupun grup DM.
Bertanggung jawab dengan pekerjaan, menjaga toko, MCU, mengirim essence, evakuasi korban battle dan memposting edukasi atau perayaan hari tertentu yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan/kedokteran.
Berpartisipasi jika Vladimir Hospital ikut dalam Event besar SVA.
5S (senyum, sapa, salam, sopan dan santun) terhadap pelanggan.
Mengirim Essence staff SVA tepat waktu mulai pertengahan bulan hingga akhir bulan.
Memastikan seluruh murid aktif SVA untuk MCU dengan membeli essence setiap bulannya.
Memastikan seluruh VABA untuk tidak melupakan MCU nya.
Saat jaga jangan lupa untuk :
- Absen dithread absensi bulanan staff
- Like pesanan, setelah pesanan diantarkan silakan unlikes.
- membuat thread pengiriman dan masukan ke kepala thread
- Laporkan Income dithread khusus Income dan jangan lupa tag manager, advisor dan bank serta bill staff SVA jika ada.
Staff minimal jaga 4 kali dalam satu bulan.
- Jika hanya 2 kali menjaga maka akan dikenakan denda 500 GOB untuk buka traktiran di Vladimir Hospital
- Jika hanya 1 kali menjaga dikenakan denda 700 GOB untuk buka traktiran di Vladimir Hospital
- Jika tidak menjaga sama sekali tanpa izin yang jelas maka denda 1500 GOB untuk buka traktiran di Vladimir Hospital dan dikenakan Surat Peringatan.
Jika tidak bisa jaga pada hari biasanya, izin ke DM Grup dan tag manager & advisor dan minta satu rekan untuk tukar hari jaga.
Minimal income yang didapatkan setiap jaga adalah 300 GOB dan 500 GOB apabila jaga berdua.
Request obat selain dimenu 30 GOB.
note tambah 10 GOB.
Kirim ke Alumnus 10 GOB
Kirim keluar SVA 15 GOB.
Jika 2 x 24 jam setelah surat peringatan pertama tidak ada tanggapan maka akan diberikan surat peringatan kedua dalam jangka 2 x 24 jam.
Setelah 2 x 24 jam surat peringatan kedua tidak diberi tanggapan maka akan diberhentikan langsung dari Staff Vladimir Hospital
Dimohon untuk bicarakan dengan baik apabila merasa ada masalah di Vladimir Hospital dan tidak boleh membawa masalah ke pihak luar.
