What I am about to say isn't meant to convince you to stay. As far as I care, you can leave the Dominion if that is you wish. But I want you to know how you have behaved towards me, and how I have treated you. I'll begin as I should with our beginning.

When I made Vyktranis, we were weak. All we had to show for was aesthetics and the first 'evil empire' idea in Starscape, up-playing our weaknesses so we weren't immediately destroyed. When you all initially joined my faction, I was always delighted. You gave me a chance to prove that I am worthy of leading you into the galactic game as conquerors and rulers. I gave you ships, credits, equipment. I provided you whatever you needed, albeit a frigate or a fighter. You know, TBB used to terrify us! SJ-C, we originally only wanted to be friendly with and Pegasus we relied on for support. Well, we dominated them now! I led us into battle and destroyed them. I made us a power to be feared. An honor not just for myself but for all of you. This is what I did for you. I made trade deals and established alliances that cemented us as a great power in the galaxy, that made us one of the best and most respected. I implemented laws and ideals that we all value as if it was our trademark and our titles. I made you respected and feared among our allies and our enemies. All the ships I own, all the credits I made and own, everything I have gained, I have said time and time again that it is for us, for the Vyktranian Dominion.

What have I held back for myself apart from being the first in the Dominion to use the newest ship class? Nothing. None of you can point to my assets, only the things I hold in your trust for you all. And what would I do with them anyway? I mine just as much as you do. I get no more sleep than you might if you cared to dedicate time to the Dominion. Many times I spent the night working on VYKDOM in the background and organizing things with the officers who care to help. Which one of you believes he's worked harder for VYKDOM than I have for it?

Come on!

If you've sacrificed more than I have, prove it to me! I'll show you exactly what I've sacrificed. There isn't one aspect that I haven't given that you have. All for the sake of your respect, your loyalty, your glory, and for you. And yet I'm still here, leading you, as your Imperator and conqueror of all the galaxy. We've celebrated our victories together. We've had game nights and joked about with together. I've paid off your debts and given you supplies that you requested, even though you're fully capable of doing it yourself. Many of you have medals given to you by me. Many now stand immortalized in our history with honorary titles and paragraphs in the Khronicos.

Under my command, I've given you everything you could've wanted. But now it was the vital point in our history when I needed you most to prove us as a capable and respectable power. But since you all wish to ignore me and go inactive due to your trivial excuses, then all of you, leave our Dominion! Leave VYKDOM and tell everyone that your Imperator, Velifer, conqueror of the galaxy, who destroyed TBB in the Federation Civil War, who's struck fear into the MOPP Empire, who's broken Pegasus and Vanguard Coalition from the inside of their faction, you tell them that when you left VYKDOM because you didn't care to show dedication, you abandoned me because you didn't care. Leaving VYKDOM defenseless against the galactic powers we collectively destroyed under the same banner.

Perhaps this report of yours will seem glorious in their eyes, and worthy in the eyes of people you decide to serve next. Begone!
