-We have a welcome letter, how can the existent tenant have the right to the apartment with such short notice
•we signed the lease and docs with time in advance, shouldn't the existent tenant extent its contract with time in advance as well?

---We believe that the proper solution to this issue is:
• If we do not move in for a 3rd floor tanner: We expect to move in to the apt we don't want at a lower rent price
• If no tanner is available by May 7th we expect to be moved to whatever floor plan that is equivalent or bigger than a tanner (and for the same rent price)
