b) There are mainly two encryption system that can be used which are the symmetric and the asymmetric encryption system. The main thing needed to understand is the type of encryption system to be used.
For Symmetric encryption It is the type of encryption in which only one key helps with both the encoding and also the decoding of the data or the information. This type of encryption is mostly used while dealing with huge amount of data as it is quick to execute.
As this encryption uses only a single key to encrypt the data it is very easy to implement in place of the asymmetric encryption. This type of encryption is mostly used in banking sectors as such sectors mostly require high speed execution.
And for asymmetric encryption: This is the type of encryption which requires two different types of keys for encryption and decryption process. One the public key and the other is the private key. As you can already tell this process is slower then in comparison to Symmetric encryption. This is because it is more complex then the symmetric encryption. As this encryption requires both the public and private key which must match to decrypt the data , this makes it a bit difficult to use and also time consuming.

This depends weather the company requires a fast and swift system or a slow and complex system. The best encryption system that can be used between communicating parties can be the asymmetric system. Even though it is more complex and slower then the symmetric encryption system, the asymmetric encryption can provide better security on the privacy of the users. It has end to end secure connection so it only the people authenticated can view the information. AS being more secure on end to end sonnection the party should use the Asymmetric encryption method as the security between the two communication parties.

a) GPG4Win is an open source derivative of the widely popular Pretty Goos e-mail encryption software. The Free Software Foundation developed GnuPG with its complete implementation of the OpenPGP standard (RFC 4880) as a free, open source and PGP compliant. GnuPG uses asymmetrical key pairs provided by individual users to encrypt messages. This keys could then be replaced with several other clients, as well as a virtual sign can be added to verify sender identity and the validity of the message.

c) With the ever-present weaknesses in modern computers and increasing complexity of cyber threats, the rising reliance on cryptography to defend digital properties and correspondence is never any more important, nor more difficult, to ensure the keyboards remain safe and stable. The risk of a failed cryptographic management systems can be vast. Some of them are loss of sesetive information such as sensitive information about eh users, fines to the company, loss pf reputation. Failing of the cryptographic management system is a huge breach is security. The company must invest more on finding the reason behind this failure. There can be loss of business, business closing down
