We understand your query about waiving off the 'Flipkart Pay Later' payment dues.
We are sorry to know that you have charged Rs. 200 as a late fee and could not pay the amount on due date.
We’d like to let you know that there is a penalty for late payment which depends on the outstanding due as on 10th of the month and will not exceed Rs. 100 for outstanding of upto Rs. 2000, Rs. 200 for outstanding of Rs. 2001 - Rs 4000, and Rs. 400 for outstanding of Rs. 4001 and above. This will be added to the total amount due for your ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ transactions of the month defaulted.
However, the penalty fee cannot be waived off as you hve contacted us after due date that's why we are unable to help u at this moment.
We request you to clear your dues if any, by the due date to avoid late payment charges.
You can also complete the payment from our website, android app, iOS app or Msite (mobile site) by visiting 'Flipkart Pay Later' section of your 'My Account'.
