Apologize to the customer and inform the customer that due to the current COVID -19 situation, these payment modes are not available at the moment and we are working on restoring
In the meantime suggest customers to use any other prepaid mode to complete their purchases
5. Customer has entered the wrong number and wants OTP to be sent to a new number. What information need to be shared with the customer? (As per new update for Delivery and order will be delivered by EKART logistics). *
Inform the customer that mobile number cant be updated to retrigger the OTP and request customer to cancel and place a new order with correct mobile number
