1. Check for a Recruits that has been verified, but has no ticket number attached in the Notes Section.
2. Add recruits ID number (found at front of column) into VO and Zendesk
3. Check Recruit name on Zendesk to make sure no ticket has been sent to them.
4. Pull up information on VO and verify: Hyperwallet Status (check under "Event History" look for "saveusermapping"), and that there has been an order for a starterkit (found in VO under "influencer orders" Starter kit orders will usually be the first order, have no volume payment, and have the letters "SK" in the line_items column on the page for that order.)
5. Add ID of parent recruit under CC (found in Business Summary in VO).
6. Use the appropriate macro for this customer ("Welcome" if someone has been spoken to. "Welcome Call Re-activation" if the person is reactivating their account, and there's also one if a message is left.)
7. Edit macro based on previous information (If hyperwallet is activated, delete the line about verification, keep section about card coming in 7 to 10 business days)
8. After editing is completed, make sure that ticket is marked "solved".
9. Copy ticket ID and add it to the notes section on the spreadsheet.
Q's: Will I need to delete the line about card shipping? Why do I need to check for StarterKit orders?
