We understand you'd like to buy products using Gift Card amount.
We're sorry to know that you are facing OTP issue while using your Gift Card.
We'd like to let you know that there is no PIN or OTP required to use the balance of your Gift Card. When you place an order you will able to see the balance of this Gift Card in the Flipkart wallet and you just have to select that payment option to use the amount while placing the order.

We're sharing the steps through which you can make a purchase with Gift card amount:
1. Go to www.flipkart.com and select the items you want to purchase
2. When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed To Pay", the same as our regular checkout.
3. Select the "Pay By e-Gift Voucher" Option.
4. If the amount of your e-Gift Voucher doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method.
If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking.
The Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
IMPORTANT: Funds will be deducted from your e-Gift Voucher at the time you place your order.
In case of any adjustment or cancellation at a later stage, we will (re)issue funds as credit to your voucher.
If you face any issue while using your Gift Card, please get back to us with exact error you're facing and we'll surely help you out.
