Hi Aman, Thanks for writing back and letting me know that you will not be able to waive off the penalty as I contacted you after due date but if I am not mistaken penalty is charged only after due date and hence, I can contact for waiver only after due date when I will come to know about the penalty. I mentioned in the reason that the due amount/ payment link was not visible on my flipkart app (may be because of some technical glitch) and it was filled with COVID msgs, I cannot see my outstanding dues to make payment before time. Also, I had undelivered products for which I thought of making payment once for all but regretfully those products were never delivered even after reaching the place. I would like to let you know that in case if you are unable to honour my request to waive off the penalty then I am unable to settle the payment on account of disputed amount. I had issues with flipkart delivery many times in the past and I raised my concern as well but I never got a satisfactory response from Flipkart yet I managed to be a loyal customer till date and made all payments on time. I am ready to make payment of Rs. 2899/- excluding the penalty amount of Rs. 200/- but not with penalty amount as I don't think I have done anything which needs to be penalised or there is any fault of mine. Further, I would not like to continue with flipkart who do not have any respect for it's member. Juhi xxxxxx9748
