User enrolls as associate
Provides email address
Completes enrollment (with/without product)
After completing enrollment user is "logged in" but is presented with email verification screen.
User will be requested to enter code that was emailed to the user at the email address they had provided (I don't think its a security issue to inform them the email address they used but if you feel it is we won't state it)
If user has the code, they enter it in field provided and submit for validation. If validation fails the user can re-enter the code (they may have mistyped it).
If user does not have the code they can request email to be sent again to them or they have the option to change email address being used.
If user changes email address in use the email address and username are updated and email resent to the new email address and the user is redirected again to the validation process.
If validation is successful its recorded
If user disconnects before validation, on next login they will need to validate
If user has passed validation they do not need to go through it again.... unless they change their email again?
If customer service changes email address on behalf of the user should the validation be marked as completed or do we force the user through validation again?

code generated for validation is unique to the user. it will not be changed until the user changes their email.

if/when system shows user has validated their email their information will be included in data sets for CLC and ACS.

if user enrolls as member - same process

1) Enrollment modification to save verification code in system - 4 hrs
2) Email verification page with verify code - 8 hr
3) create new notification for email verification and send verification code - 6 hr
4) Option to change email address and resend email verification code. update email and user name in system (Should be in same page item (2) page) - 10 hr
5) On verification record success verification (including unique email validation) - 2 hr
6) If user disconnects before validation, on next login they will need to validate & record success - 6 hr
7) If customer service changes email address on behalf of the user if no validation required 0 but if it forces validation - then 4
8) code generated for validation is unique to the user. it will not be changed until the user changes their email. - Can user change email from edit profile, if then after save profile redirect to again verification page and record new verification? - 4 hr
9) if/when system shows user has validated their email their information will be included in data sets for CLC and ACS. need more clarification - 1 hr
10) if user enrolls as member (Single Sku Purchase Page only)- same process - 12 hr
Total: 57 hours + testing 10 hours = 67 hours
