Thanks for writing in and for being a valuable Flipkart Plus member.

We understand you've not receive a payment link of your order 'OD118130031216064000' for 'Pampers Baby-Dry Pants Diaper - M' (02) and 'Huggies New Dry Diapers - M' (02).

We are sorry for the trouble and this is not something we would want you had to go through.

However, this option is available through Self-serve and only after the order is placed with Cash on delivery payment option.

Below are the eligibility criteria to avail the Cash on delivery to Prepaid payment conversion:

- Orders with single unit
- From 'Approved till dispatched', the Cash on delivery to prepaid order delivery option is available for all courier service providers. Once the item is 'Dispatched till OFD', the Cash on delivery to prepaid order delivery option is available only for Ekart shipments
- The status of the order is between 'Approved to OFD'
- Current payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery)
- You can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided via an/sms

Payment methods available are:

- Debit Card
- Credit card
- Netbanking
- PhonePe UPI
- EMI payments

Steps to make payment:

- You will see a new button 'PAY NOW' on web/ App under 'Track your order' page as shown below only if all the above criterias are met:
- Once you click on this button, a new page will open up with the list of payment options
- You will have the option to select from Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card and PhonePe upi account to make the payment (EGV payment method will not be available)
- Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to 'Order Details' page with the new payment mode and appropriate message
- Payment information will be sent to EKL and payment mode will be updated to prepaid, so that EKL will not ask customer for payment at the time of delivery
- If the payment is unsuccessful, fails, you will see a failure message and can retry the payment after 30 mins.

Moreover, once the Cash on Delivery orders have been marked as 'Out for Delivery', you can pay using PhonePe payment option via the payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart (Only if the shipment is eligible).

Note: In order to maintain the security of your account, please do not share your credit/debit card number/ CVV/ PIN with anyone. Flipkart or its executives do not ask you for your password. Flipkart will not be responsible for any unauthorised usage of your credit card/ bank account.
