alüminiumun miqdan çox az olur. Fosfor ve kükürd poladda daimi
qatışıq sayılır. Çünki onları kütləvi istehsalda poladdan tamamilə
kənar etmək mümkün deyildir. Karbonlu poladlarda 0,3-0,7%Mn.
0,2-0,4%Si, 0,01-0,02%AI, 0,01-0,05%P ve 0,01-0,04%S olur.
2. Gizli qatışıqlar. Bunlara oksigen, hidrogen və azot aiddirlər.
Bu elementlər olduqca az miqdarda bütün poladlarda mövcuddur.
Lakin onların tə'yin edilməsi çox mürəkkəb olduğundan, bu ele
mentlərin miqdan adi texniki şertlerdə gösterilmir.
3. Tasadüfi gatışıqlar. Polada sixta materiallarından vo ya
təsadüfən keçə bilən elementlərə deyilir. Masalan, polada ural
filizlərindən mis, kerç filizlərindən isə arsen keçə bilər. Tarkibində
qurğuşun, sink, qalay və s. elementlər olan poladları yenidən arit
dikde gösterilen elementlər poladda qala biler.
4. Legirlayici elementlar. Poladın struktur va xassələrini deyiş.
mək üçün ona xüsusi olaraq müəyyon miqdarda əlavə verilən
elementlərə legirlayici elementlar deyilir. Bununla əlaqədar olaraq
lazımi xasselar almaq məqsədilə legirleyici elementlar verilmiş
poladlara legirli poladlar deyilir. Legirli poladları bə'zi hallarda
xüsusi poladlar da adlandırırlar. Polada verilən legirlayici elementlar
elə miqdarda olmalıdır ki, bu miqdar onun struktur ve xassələrini
dəyişmek üçün kifayət etsin. Meselen, poladda 0,8% silisium və ya
0,1% titan olarsa, birinciyə silisiumla legirlənmiş, ikinciye ise titanla
legirlenmiş poladlar deyilir. Polada alave verilen elementlerin
miqdarı 0,1%-den az olarsa, bele legirlemeye mikrolegirlama
deyilir.
