Spoke with Irena Futterman-Prudential
Explained matter. She advised the following:
The Selection Form was never received by Prudential-
Prudential needed that form to process the granted relief-
Prudential sent another letter out to Milwaukee address on October 23, 2000 as a reminder letter to return the Selection Form-
Letter sent to Milwaukee address May 14, 2014 advising that dividends not sufficient to pay premium.
FUTTERMAN ADVISED THAT AT THE TIME THE RELEIF WAS GRANTED, WE NEEDED TO PAY BACK $24,000 AS A POLICY ADJUSTMENT. SHE STATED THAT THIS COULD HAVE BEEN THE REASON. (NEED TO LOOK INTO THE FILE). Futterman to mail me out the copy of letter reflecting the request for the $24k.
Futterman cleared stated that no one there would have the authority to change the matter around unless it was an error on Prudential's side.
Conceration concluded where Futterman suggested that I call the Custumer Value Center 877-286-3794 to discuss any options I may have with the payment of the premium.
I placed a call into the Customer Value Center and left a message requesting a return call.
