Questions:
How do I join the group?
In order to join the group, you must go to the group that you can find if you click on the creator of this game (Hilton Hotels).
You have to join the group and go to a scheduled interview session in the Interview Center game on the group.
If you pass you must attend a training session to be ranked to the job you will tryout for.

Can I have a suite/penthouse?
If you didn't know, the suites and penthouses require a gamepass. If you have a gamepass, you can go into that line. If you don't you have to just pick out a regular room from the board here.


TRAINING GUIDE (HELPER)


Hello there! I am Bright, and I will be your helper for today. :)
This training will consist of a 5 question Trivia, a Troll Test, and a Basic Roleplay.

I would like to quickly remind you of a few things that you need to pass. :)

1) You need to use grammar at ALL times. Not using correct grammar will result in a fail.

If you have a few mistakes, make sure to correct them if you accidentally send the chat. Then I know you didn't mean the mistake.

2) If you would for some reason fail, do not argue or verbally attack me. I am only doing my job and trying to help you fix your mistakes so you can pass the next time.

3) Just try your best, and trust your gut. I know you're nervous, but it's really not that scary. If you fail, you can try again at the next training session. Plus, I'm really not that scary. c:<

Ok, enough of me blabbering, let's begin with the Trivia! There is no time limit so you can read over your answers.

1. What do receptionists do?
(ANSWER: To give the hotel guests rooms.)
2. What is 1 example of a good warning, and 1 example of a bad warning?
(ANSWER: ex... spamming, jumping a lot)
3. What would you say to give me room 201?
(ANSWER: give Bright room 201)
4. How many warnings do trollers get and how many warnings do exploiters get?
(ANSWER: Trollers: 3 || Exploiters: 0)
5) What do you do after you have given a player the max amount of warnings they can get?
(ANSWER: Call security, Report to and MR/HR on the group wall.)

TRAINING GUIDE (TRAINER)


Hello, everyone! I am Bright, and I will be your trainer for today. How is everyone doing? :)
Haha, awesome! So before I start, I need to give you guys a few pointers that may be vital for your success.

1) Please note that ALL information will be important, so listen up! You may want to write things down, as the lovely helpers behind me will be quizzing you on the stuff I say.

2) Do not speak or make comments during this time, as it may distract others.

3) If you have any questions, write them down and wait until I will be taking them.

So, I will be telling you 6 main things about being a receptionist! Your Greeting, Your Job, Lanes, Your Tools, The Warning System, and The Uniform!

First, your greeting! <3

When talking to a Guest you are going to start with a Friendly greeting like:
“Hello! Welcome to Hilton Hotels how may I help you today?”

Feel free to spice it up a bit. For example, here is the greeting that I use:
Greetings! Happy Holidays, and welcome to Bloxton Hotel. My name is Bright, how can I help you?
Just anything to make the guests feel welcome. :D

Now, your job at the hotel!

As a Receptionist, you are going to be handing out rooms to customers.

To give a player a room, type:
"give (PLAYER) room (NUMBER)"

For example:
give Bright room 201

(if it happens) As you can see, I now have the room! And the spot on the board where the room is has turned red, and shows my username! c:

To take away a room, you type:
"take (PLAYER) room (NUMBER)"

Example:
take Bright room 201

(if it happens) Now, my room is gone, and the red spot on the board has turned green! My username is also gone!

To give a player a suite, type:
"give (PLAYER) suit (NUMBER)"

Example:
give Bright suit 200

To take away a player's suite, you type:
"take (PLAYER) suit (NUMBER)"

Example:
take Bright suit 200

Now my suite is gone!

Note*** Hehe, we know "Suit" is supposed to be spelled "Suite", but in this case for the board we say Suit.

And to give someone a penthouse you would just say:
give (PLAYER) pent (NUMBER)

The board will automatically take away the room if they leave or die, so room checks are not necessary!

Now, onto lanes!

The WHITE LANE is the lane for SUITES. If a player wants a suite, they MUST go to this lane.

The RED LANE is the lane for REGULAR ROOMS. If a player asks for a suite here, tell them to go to the white lane.

The GREEN LANE is the lane for PENTHOUSES. If a player wants a penthouse, they MUST go to this lane.

Suites and Penthouses are a gamepass! Do NOT give random people suites and penthouses. Tell them to get into the designated lane. :)

Now, your tools!

You spawn with a trolley, vacuum, spray bottle, and a briefcase.

The items are all for roleplaying. For example, you can walk around the hotel with the trolley as a housekeeper if you'd like, but ONLY if the receptionist desk is full.

Let's move onto the warning system!

Trollers/Spammers will get 3 warnings. To give a warning to a player, say:
'"Warning (NUMBER) | PLAYER | (REASON)"

Example:
"Warning 1 | Bright | Spamming"
"Warning 2 | Bright | Caps Abuse"
"Warning 3 | Bright | Disrespecting Staff"

This system is for organizing your warnings, and so it's easier for the MR/HR to see when they come to your server. ;)

On a player's 3rd warning, there are 3 things that need to happen.
1) Get Security.
2) Let Security cuff them.
3) Call for an HR/MR on the group wall. You need to be patient.

Please Note*** Exploiters/hackers get 0 warnings! Get them cuffed by Security, and call an MR/HR right away!
If cuffs do not work on the exploiter, call an HR, and include their username.

Now, the uniform!

Your uniform is automatically put on you when you walk through the doorframe in the staff-only area to your right of the reception counter.
You MUST walk through and get your uniform right away.

You can also buy the uniform from the group shop.

If you do not wear the uniform at the hotel, you could possibly get demoted. :O
