1.If the authentication fails for multiple times then customer can retry with the new OTP after 24 hours.
2.Inform the customer that Flipkart Pay Later account is not active as Kissht is no longer a financing partner for this payment option. To avail this feature again with new lendor customer has to complere eKYC process post paying the bill from Flipkart mobile app or mobile website
3.Inform the customer that the application is approved by financing partners based on multiple factors like credit score, credit history, and past purchases on Flipkart.
4.The EMI option is currently not offered for Pay Later services
5.Inform the customer eKYC option will be enabled only after clearing his dues
6.Inform the customer as credit limit offered will be decided by the financing partner based on their credit policy
7.Inform the customer to check for the banner in homepage on Flipkart app to complete the KYC
