You can pay for your Cash On Delivery transactions using PhonePe payment option via payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart.
I would like to let you know that the Ekart sends an SMS to the customer about the PhonePe payment option when the product is "Out for Delivery".
You can makes payment using your PhonePe app.
Eligibility criteria to avail COD to PhonePe on delivery payment conversion are:
Courier service provider is Ekart
Current payment mode is CoD (Cash on Delivery)
PhonePe payment app should be installed/ available
This payment option is available only in selected regions
Available Payment methods are:
1 PhonePe wallet
2 PhonePe UPI
3 Saved Credit/Debit cards in PhonePe app
I want to let you know that you can pay online for the order by using PAY NOW' option on web/ App under 'Track your order' page. only if all the below criterias are met:
Orders with a single unit
From 'Approved till dispatched', the cash on delivery to prepaid on delivery option is available for all courier service providers. Once the item is 'Dispatched till out for delivery', the cash on delivery to prepaid on delivery is available only for Ekart shipments.
The status of the order is between 'Approved to out for delivery'.
Current payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery)
You can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided to customers via an/SMS

Netbanking
