I hate to think all the time you've been waiting for your order just to receive it in this condition. If customers ask why we do not price match to Walmart stores, you
can share this information:

In some cases, it simply costs less to sell some items in stores than it does online and we pass along that savings to oyr customers in the store.

Sometimes the pricing differs from store to store based on item availability, shipping costs, etc. So it does not make sense for us to price match to some stores and not others.

If the customer wants the lower in-store price, they can shop that item at the store or, if available, choose Pickup Today when shopping the item online.
