We are sorry for the trouble you had to go through.

We'd like to let you know that the minimum cart valuefor this offer Rs. 2000/- and the maximum cashback points per customer during the offer period: 500 (01 Cashback point is equivalent to Rs. 01/-)

In case of returns or partial cancellations the final transaction amount needs to be minimum Rs. 2000./- to be eligible for the offer.

If you does an online transaction of Rs 2000/- or more on multiple online merchants then he will be eligible for earning 10% cashback up to Rs. 500/- basis the highest transaction amount (irrespective of the merchant).

For Example, If you uses your card on 03 merchants with 03 different transaction amounts as: Rs 2000/-, Rs 3000/-, Rs 4000/- then you will first earn 10% cashback on Rs. 4000/- (10% cashback = 400/-) followed by Rs. 3000/- (10% cashback = 300/- but will only get Rs. 100/- as maximum cashback limit reached) & will earn no cashback for 3rd transaction of Rs. 2000/- as the you has reached maximum cashback cap of Rs. 500/-.

The cashback points shall be posted to your's Debit Card linked account by February 29, 2020. You will need to redeem these cashback points by logging into NetBanking or calling PhoneBanking and request for redemption of the cashback points.

After 48 hours post request for redemption of cashback points, the equivalent amount shall be credited to the your primary account Linked to the Debit Card only. Offer valid for all HDFC Bank Debit Cards apart from Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.

Promotional Cashback points earned will be valid for redemption for 12 months, post which the same will expire. This offer wont be applicable on Travel.

Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional CashBack Offer, may be borne by the Debit Card holder.

The cashback points accumulated can be redeemed as below:
a. Through NetBanking:

Cards> Debit Cards > Enquire> CashBack Enquiry and Redemption> Account Number> Continue> Input the CashBack amount

b. Through PhoneBanking

However, as you confirmed that you've already redeemed 250 ponit from this offer and the 215 points are pending for the redeemption.
