Hello, so over the years I have signed up for accounts that I don’t care about to send me notifications that I do not care about. So I thought, maybe it would be a good idea to have an email address that I can use that is not cluttered and that I actually want to use. So I go to my current Microsoft email to clear it out but it requires a code. So I go to my secondary email to get the code, but that also requires a code from my first email. Basically Microsoft had locked me out of both my emails forever.

So I go to google to… yes I said google… the most confusing social media out there. But I’ve learned its not that confusing. You’re probably saying… Ok get on with youtube. Well, youtube requires a google plus. So lets make the google plus account.

Once you go to youtube and sign in you will see its created an account under your first name. And you don’t want that. Just go to youtube.com/channel_switcher and you can create your own custom accounts under one google profile. This makes it easy to keep track of your 10 youtube channels. If you want your youtube notifications to go to your normal email, not gmail, then go to plus.google.com/settings
Then you can change your notifications to arrive at your primary email.

Google will probably remain the most awkward social media out there but it doesn’t mean it’s confusing.
