I see that you were on a promotional plan offered to you when you activated your devices. That plan was the XXXXX with savings on line 3 through 5 and it has now expired. Due to this, your latest bill is higher than previous ones.

I am sorry for any confusion about the terms of the plan when you first signed up for the plan. We've tried to make sure we let you know about this including putting the expiration date on your bill every month.

I completely understand that over the last year you have been able to save a significant amount of money with this plan. Sprint still has the best price for Unlimited. We do introduce new plans from time to time. When that happens, we would be happy to help you find the best fit for your requirements.

I understand that you wish to retain the previous rates, however, the rates were only applicable for the promotion period. You are still on the best Unlimited Plan.

The plan would cost: Line 1 - $xx.xx (after auto pay) Line 2 - $xx.xx (after auto pay) Plus taxes for 2 lines with unlimited everything. You get a further discount of $xx.xx on the first line, when you apply for a corporate discount.

Auto pay is a feature that helps you to set up automatic monthly payments through a credit/debit card/checking account. Once setup, your credit/debit card/checking account gets debited on the bill due date only. This process ensures that the bill is always paid on time and there is no late fee.

An activation fee is a one-time charge applied to new lines of service. It covers administrative & network configuration costs.

I am sorry if it was not explained to you. However, an activation fee is a valid fee charged by all wireless carriers whenever a new line of service is activated. It is just a one-time charge.

I assure you that this fee only applies at the time of activation of a new line. So, you would not see it on future bills.

I see that the Total Equipment Protection service was added when you activated a new phone on ***. For $*** a month, Sprint Total Equipment Protection provides full equipment replacement coverage for lost, stolen, physical or liquid damage issues. It also allows you unlimited visits to Sprint Repair centers for normal wear and tear, including mechanical and electrical failures.

Since there is no clear record of why this service was added, I am canceling it as of today's date and applying a credit of *** for this charge. You should see the adjustment on your next invoice.

Device Promotion Not Reflecting

I understand you have a concern regarding your device promotional credit. I will be happy to look into this for you.

I have checked the account details and I can see that the latest bill is the first one generated after your phone was purchased on the Sprint Flex Lease. Your account is eligible for the Lease One Get One promotion and the promotional credit will take effect on your account in 1-2 billing cycles.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Your account is eligible for this credit and as per the promotion you will start seeing the device credit from the next bill.
