Chloe Morrison / Year8/Lorenz/Lorenz13 : A little bit of a sprained ankle . Slightly swollen very bruised .Chloe told me she was playing football with the boys she fell into a pot hole and brushed it off and ran which made it a lot worse . She claims that when I touched it , it hurt her and if I stroke it , it hurts . Gave her an ice pack and heat cream to ease pain off . I recommend her going to the doctors to get it checked out . She will need to rest it a lot and put small amounts of pressure on her ankle for faster recovery . Put ice on it for 20 minutes everyday 4 times also for faster recovery , make sure to not do it for any longer otherwise it can cause worse injury like tissue problems or freezer burn . Repeat this for 6 weeks non stop to help her ankle , should be fully recovered by then. / SCHOOL.PHYSIO/ Kerry Atwood .
