I want to state that I have a saving account in your branch. My account number is 11xxxxxx246610. Two weeks ago, I was withdrawing the 5k rupees from the ATM machine. Unfortunately, the machine did not disburse the amount due to some technical glitch and I got the message on my registered mobile number that the same amount has been deducted from my account.
I have already requested last week for the same issue and authorised personnel assured me that your amount would be refunded within 7-10 working days. But now 7-10 working days have been passed and I did not receive the amount yet.
I want to bring this concern into your notice once again, please look into this matter and do needful. I hope that you will intact my faith in your bank as it is and issued get resolved as soon as possible.
