All of you know about smoking, drinking or drug addictions. People who get addicted to these bad habits are people with low self control. To be honest I have smoked twice and drinked once but none of these have become an addiction to me. After some time about a week ago I have found why I have such a self control. The key to this is cold showers and interacting with cold more. I was against wearing thick clothes and hot showers since I was a child, in fact, I hated hot things, I even drunk my coffee and tea cold. I started sleeping shirtless in a cold room with a window open and I wake up better than ever. I don't want to spoil everything, interact with cold more and you will be surprised by what it brings to your life. These helped me get over some of my bad addictions like video games, nofap etc. easily.
I think I am doing nofap in hardmode, no junk food, no chocolate based things, no gas drinks, less social media which I rarely use to get in touch with my friends, no video games. I know I will pass a year in nofap and I know I can control myself, thanks to interacting with cold for years.
Lesson here is, interact with cold more guys so your nofap process will be easier. It's like a legit cheat. You can research more about cold showers. KEEP YOUR SELF CONTROL UP!
