Users can create contacts and do any changes with the lists and contact information, while Contacts don't have the right to copy,share or delete anything.

Prospects are those who met all the conditions to became customer of a company according to sales team.

The Process of funnel structure is known as "Lead Nurturing".

6. What are site admin and super admin?
Site admin is the head of the Organisation under which different companies works and in msp from site admin account we can switch to and super admin or user's account.
Whereas, super admins are the head of the companies under which sales and marketers works.We can switch to user's account from super admin account but can't switch to site admin's account.

In MSP, click on manage tab and then web then landing pages.

10. Differences between smart list and recipient list?
A recipient list is a list in which all the contacts will reflect and we can add contacts manually, While smart list is a list in which we can use conditions and on the basis of the conditions contacts will be added automatically in the list.

11. What all default groups and roles do we have and their application?
By default we have marketing and sales roles and marketing and sales groups.In sales roles we don't have the set up tab.
In marketing roles, we have set up tab.

12. Full Forms of AMP , MSP , PRM, GDPR and CRM.
MSP- Managed service Provider, PRM- Partner Relationship Management, GDPR- General Data Protection Regulation, CRM- Channel Relationship Management, AMP- Automated Marketing Platform.

13. What do you understand by CAN Spam Act?
CAN Spam act is basically designed to decide the rules for an marketing email, like spacing should be 20 to 30 only.
Company logo and signature should be there in the email.
Subject of the email shouldn't be lengthy.
Content of the email should be related to the subject. Alternatively, it shouldn't be irrelevant.

14. What are conditional and non conditional use of variables.
In conditional variables,If and else condition is there and different values will print under if and else.
In non conditional variables, we can not apply conditions,variables values will print as it is saved.


16. What is CTA? What all things I can map with a CTA?
CTA is call to action button means by clicking on the button a different action should be done. For example if we link a URL with the button then that another link should be opened by clicking on CTA. We can map CTA with external or internal links.
While making an template if we add CTA then under button properties there is an option of map to url, paste the url of the site to which You want to move.

17. Write steps on how to add a video from the beginning ?
In MSP, Click on setup tab on dashboard then Templates then Video Gallery then click on upload and after that paste the copied Url of video.
(Under video there is a "share" option,Click on share option then click on embaded and copy the Url that is inside inverted commas.)

Information about an information is called meta information and it is used in print and web templates.

21. What is hard bounce and soft bounce ?
If an email account is unsubscribed from the mails from a company then it will be hard bounce. And if email goes in spam folder or not opened by contact then it will be soft bounce.

22. What are the different ways to create a contact.
One is we can directly create a contact by clicking connection tab then contacts and then create.
Second, We can also create a contact while making lists.
By clicking on connections tab and then list then create.

23. What are filters and how OR/AND is used?
Filters are the keywords used to give the separate identity to any lists, templates, data rooms etc.OR means if there are more than one filter added then either of them will work, if AND will use, in that case combined result of all the filters will get reflected.

24. What is the minimum number of social drips needed to publish the post on 2Facebook Pages, 2 LinkedIn pages and 1 twitter account of the same user?

15. What are the changes that can be done to an email template after one imports the HTML ?
only textual changes will be permitted in the Editor. Importing a blank template, allows access to the complete Editor functionality.
