Contact number change

Hi Amit,

Thanks for your precious time over the call and for being a valuable Flipkart Plus member.

We understand that you want to change your contact number registered to Flipkart account.

We would like to let you know that the feature to update contact number is only available on the website (not in App).

Here are some steps to change the contact number:

Go to 'My Account'

Under 'Account settings', go to 'Profile information'

Edit the mobile number

OTP SMS will get triggered to the old & current phone number which is entered in Flipkart account

Enter the 'OTP' along with 'Password' and click on 'Verify mobile'

Click on 'Save Changes'

Here's how you can do it:

• Click 'Edit' and enter your new registered phone number and select 'Add'
• A verification code will be sent to your new registered phone number which is valid only for 10 minutes from the time it is sent to you
• Enter it in the text box and click 'Save Changes'

Your registered phone number will get updated and you can continue using your Flipkart account after that.
