BNPL FRAUD ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND

We'd like to let you know that we tried to get in touch with you on '6350181680', '9351791893 and 8740888803' to talk to you about your concern but could not reach you.

We understand that you want to cancel your order.

We are sorry for the trouble and this isn't something we would want you to go through.

We would like to let you know that your 'Flipkart Pay Later' bill of Rs. 1342/- for the month of September 2019 is overdue for the past 45 days. Please pay immediately by clicking here: {Pay Now Link}. We would also like to inform you that your current order for the product 'Realme 5s (Crystal Blue, 128 GB)' which is not delivered yet has been put on hold for 24 hours for you to complete the payment for 'Flipkart Pay Later'. Please note that your current order will be cancelled in case the payment for the overdue amount is not completed.

Your 'Flipkart Pay Later' account has been temporarily suspended till the bill is paid. Any further delays may lead to permanent suspension of your Flipkart account and legal action for non-payment by the seller.

Would like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs.10999/- for your order 'OD117186430978157000' to your Netbanking account on November 30, 2019. This will be credited to your account within 06 business days, as per standard banking procedures.

If you do not receive the refund by the time mentioned, please let us know and we’ll help you out.

We understand that your husband are receiving fake offer messages 'OPPO F11' and you want call back on your this number '9087732304'.

We are sorry for the trouble and this isn't something we would want you to go through.

Please note that any offers appearing anywhere other than on our website (https://www.flipkart.com), Flipkart Lite/mobile site or app are not from sellers on our portal.

We would request you to shop only through our app or website to get relevant offers and discounts as listed by the sellers.

Also, Flipkart or its employees will never ask you for your card/bank details, pin or password when orders are being placed on Flipkart.

You can be certain that your details are safe and you can continue to shop with confidence.

In case you have experienced any monetary loss due to a fraud by such websites, please file a complaint with the cyber cell for support. If you like, you can choose to initiate legal action against the spammer/spamming organisation too.

PhonePe Account LInking

We understand that you want to know.

We would like to let you know that Flipkart Pay Later payment option on PhonePe and you needs to use the same mobile number registered with Flipkart.

Steps to link the Pay later on PhonePe My Money page using below steps:

* Log In to PhonePe
* Click on MY Money Option which will redirect the customer to Payment methods page
* On Payment Methods, customer need to select Flipkart pay later Option
* Once selected OTP will be triggered for the verification.
