I would like to inform you that the 'Pay Now' feature will only be available on Cash on Delivery orders with a single item, that are shipped through Ekart. The feature will only be available till the item is 'Out for Delivery'.
Also, from 'Approved till dispatched', the cash on delivery to prepaid order option is available for all courier service providers but order should be in single unit.
You can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided to you via an/SMS.
You will get a notification to change the payment mode from cash on delivery to prepaid/ or you will have a 'Pay now' option on web/ app under track your order page.
Payment methods available are:
Debit Card
Credit card
Netbanking
PhonePe payments
When the order is "Out for Delivery (OFD)" (only for PhonePe payments)
You will have the option to select from Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card to make the payment (EMI, EGV payment, BNPL method will not be available).
Payment failed.
I would like to inform you that the payment was unsuccessful, if the amount is debited, the same will be refunded in 8 business days.
Also I would like to request you that please make the payment via cash.
Payment Successful.
I would like to inform you that the payment has been successful so you need not to pay any amount again to Wishmaster.
When your order will be "Out for Delivery (OFD), you will get a notification to change the payment mode from cash on delivery to prepaid with the help of PhonePe.
Logistics team will send you an SMS about the PhonePe payment option.
Once the payment is successfully made, the payment will start reflecting as "Prepaid" in wishmaster's device.
