COD to PRE:
If you get a notification to change the payment mode you can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided to you via an/SMS
From 'Approved till dispatched', the COD to POD option is available for all courier service providers.
Once the item is 'Dispatched till OFD', the COD to POD option is available only for Ekart shipments.

Payment pending:
I am sorry to hear that your order has not been confirmed by the seller.
This is because the payment for this order is pending.
I would request you to wait for 24 hours only.
It will be updated any time within 24 hours.
You will get an update on the status of your order through an email and SMS within 24 hours of the transaction.
If the transaction is successful, you will receive an order confirmation with the details of the order and expected delivery date.
In case the transaction is failed, you will receive a refund confirmation and the amount will be credited back to source within 8 business days.
Order gets approved instant, however sometimes it may take up to 24 hours to get update.
24 hours is the maximum time it will be updated any time within that. It may update in few hours as well.

Contact number change:
Daksh, I am sorry to let you know that you will not be able to change the number as OTP will be sent to your lost number to make the changes, however you have lost the number so you will not be able to check the OTP.
As your current number is lost I will forward your request to the team they will change this for you.Please provide me your lost number and new contact number for your request.
Rejected:
As I can see your order is cancelled by the seller as it was rejected from your side when the product was out for delivery.
wrong product:
I am sorry to let you know that sellers can provide a refund/replacement only if the products you've received are damaged, defective or are not as described.Since the product delivered to you is as per your order, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request.

In the unlikely event of the amount being debited from your account, it will be reversed back to source within 1 business days from the date of the transaction.
