First of all, let’s try to keep all communication in this shared channel so that the strategist can keep track of everything that’s going on and to minimise communication relay centres and make the flow of information more efficient.

[Strategist name] - The Strategist - tag me in all questions, especially if you’re unsure who to ask
[Media buyer name] - The Facebook Media Buyer - tag me in any questions related to the daily Facebook budgets, results, audiences, creative results, bugs, issues with running ads and so on.
[Google Media buyer name] - The Google Media Buyer - tag me in any questions related to the daily Google budgets, results, audiences, creative results, bugs, issues with running ads and so on.
[CRO person name] - The CRO Expert - tag me in any questions related to website conversions, Average Order Value, Lifetime Value and apps installed on the website
[Copywriter name] - The Copywriter - tag me in questions/ideas related to ad copies, audience avatars, website copies and broader communications strategy.
[Creative person name] - The Creative Expert - tag me in any questions, revisions, ideas related to video and image ads we run/want to test out
[Analytics person name] - The Analytics Expert - tag me in any questions/requests related to reports, analytics, marketing tags, data discrepancies, attribution etc.
Any finance related questions or requests for new services should be directed to the Strategist.
