yum install -y epel-release
install package rkhunter dengan
yum install rkhunter
jika sudah lalu cek direktori db dengan
sudo ls /var/lib/rkhunter
db
folder ini akan digunakan sebagai data miror dan signatur dari rootkit
lalu dalam folder tersebut akan kita isi copy dari password file dan group file
kita mulai melakukan proses scann sekaligus membuat file refrensi untuk direktori db tsb
sudo rkhunter --check -sk
kita bisa lihat rk akan mulai mengecek file dan variabel
dan setelah itu rk akan mengecek rootkit yg diketahui berdasarkan library bawaan rk
pengecekan akan ada pada beberapa file penting seperti file password contohnya
untuk membuktikan jika ada seseorang yang berniat untuk membuat perubahan atau akun backdoor
setelah ini kita akan membuat copy dari file passwd tersebut sebagain file refrensi si rk tadi
untuk membandingkan password lama dengan perubahan
kita akan membuktikan bahwa rk ini bisa bekerja dan berjalan
yaitu dengan menambahkan user dengan
sudo useradd -m user2
dengan ini maka file password akan di update dan memgalami perubahan
