* UHC claiming address is already updated , but on CRM it is not - did a request support ticket
- does the card needs to be active before the updated information reflects in CRM ?
- what is the eta for the update reflects on CRM ?
* mail orders - how many days before they receive their products ?
* email catalog takes time to load on customer's end - as per QA may take 15 mins ( should just take 1-5 mins to load) waited with the customer(member) for at least 7 mins still not there . customer hanged up
* WALMART rep called in asking if they can have a copy of the HB+ Catalog so they can make sure that they have the products available on their stores.
