We'd like to let you know that we tried to get in touch with you on '9872605679' and '8054400250' to talk to you about your concern but could not reach you.

We understand your that you are facing an issue with your product 'Noise Shots X1 Air True Wireless Bluetooth Headset with Mic' with the order ID 'OD117199544820281000'.

We are sorry for the trouble you had to go through.

However, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try on your product to fix the issue you're facing:

1) One side of the headphone is not working
2) Perform a Swap Test
- Try checking the headphone with a different device.

2. For the sound issue:

1. Basic Checks:

-Make sure the Bluetooth Headset is powered on and has enough charge.
-Check if the headset is connected to the device and the device is nearby.
-The Audio might be jerky or low if the Bluetooth device is not nearby
-Check if the Audio source is playing some audio.
-Check for Volume, if the Volume is low. Increase the volume.

2. Connecting or Pairing Issues:

** Ensure you turn on Bluetooth on your device and the bluetooth device is in Pairing mode.

- A LED will be blinking on the headset when in pairing mode

** You will be able to see the headset on your device when its in pairing mode.
** If the device is already paired, unpair and try pairing the device again.

3. Check for Damage:

** You can check if there is any damage on the Bluetooth headset.
** How was damage incurred.

In case the troubleshooting steps do not work, you can get in touch with the brand's authorised service centre as the product is covered under manufacturer's warranty and they'll be able to help you out.

The invoice for this product has been sent to you in a different email. This can be used to avail services at the brand's authorised service centres within the warranty period.

However, the seller is unable to provide you the details of the brand's authorised service centre.
