I would love to make a replacement or a refund for the issue we have on your order but I have checked that your item is from our third partner (name) and in order to receive the best assistance I will send them an email about the issue you are having with that item. They will send you an email with a solution for the issue you have on the order. In case you do not receive a response contact us again and please let us know that you didn't receive a response, so we can start another process in order to provide you a solution.
CANCEL REQUEST:

I can imagine how is this important for you and if I were in your situation, I will feel the same. I have checked my system and probably your package is being through the scan process and that's why you have not received the ready for pick up email or there is a probably that the item has been scanned but the store has not updated it, in this case what I recommend to you is to contact to the store for more information and if you have not received a response please contact us again or I can start a refund process for your item and if you still want it you can reorder.
