RAYUAN PERMOHONAN PENAMBAHAN SUBJEK FIS2103 PENGENALAN KEPADA BIOTEKNOLOGI PERIKANAN
Dengan segala hormatnya, perkara di atas adalah dirujuk.
Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa saya, Azri bin Abdul Rahim D49787, pelajar Diploma Perikanan ingin membuat rayuan untuk mendaftar kursus FIS2103, PENGENALAN KEPADA BIOTEKNOLOGI PERIKANAN.
2. Untuk pengetahuan pihak YBhg. Prof, saya sudah mendaftar 6 kursus dan jumlah jam kredit 16. Walaubagaimanapun, saya masih memerlukan 1 jam kredit lagi untuk kecukupan bergraduat. Ketidakcukupan ini disebabkan oleh kecuaian saya semasa proses kelulusan pendaftaran kursus oleh pensyarah dan lewat mendaftar. Untuk pengetahuan pihak YBhg. Prof juga, semester ini adalah semester terakhir saya sebelum saya menjalani Latihan Industri. Kegagalan menambah kursus ini akan menyebabkan saya tidak layak untuk bergraduat sebagai pelajar Diploma Perikanan.
3. Sehubungan dengan itu, saya memohon agar permohonan saya ini akan mendapat pertimbangan sewajarnya dari pihak YBhg. Prof.
