Firstly, I need to check the policy of the product. Mostly, all the mobile phone comes under 10 days replacement policy excluded google and apple phone.

As cx facing battery performance issue so I will share the troubleshooting steps if issue will not fixed with the troubleshooting steps then firstly, I inform the cx that product is under 10 days replacement policy so as per policy seller will be able to provide the replacement only.

Then we will create the return for the product.
For return, we need to ask : alternate number, seal tamper, pickup address and primary contact number is same.

Please keep the item along with the original product box, accessories & tags ready for pickup as the Wishmaster will not be able to complete the pickup in case any item is missing.
