We understand that you are not able to place an order by using Flipkart Pay Later option as a payment method.
We are sorry for the trouble and this isn't something we would want you to go through.
We would like to let you know that as we looked up and found that Flipkart Pay Later account is currently not active as Kissht. As Kissht will no longer be a financing partner for this payment option.
However, you will be migrated to New financing partner (IDFC) and as per the new financing partner of the Flipkart Pay Later services.
To continue using this credit option from the new financing partner, IDFC would require you to complete e-KYC to avail the credit option.
Request you to complete your e-KYC by visiting ‘My Account’ section on our app or mobile website.
If you opt for e-KYC check, you will need to submit your PAN number and Aadhaar number as part of the e-KYC. This is as per the RBI guidelines to complete e-KYC through the new financing partner.
Once you complete the e-KYC process, your 'Flipkart Pay Later' option will be reactivated which was temporarily disabled.
Here how you can activate IDFC Pay later e-KYC Benefit, process is mentioned below:
• Go to My Account and Click on the View details next to pay later credit
• Click On ‘Apply Now’
• Enter Your PAN Number and Aadhaar Number
• Verify the Aadhaar Number using OTP
• Review and Submit details of PAN and aadhaar details
• Once the submission is done, the credit limit will be issued or the application will be rejected
