We would like to let you know that Flipkart Pay Later account is currently not active as 'Kissht' will no longer be a financing partner for this payment option. To continue using this credit option from the new financing partner, please complete your e-KYC by visiting ‘My Account’ section on our app or mobile website.

However, you will be migrated to New financing partner 'IDFC' and as a part of migration, you will be requested to complete the KYC process for IDFC.

Here, are the steps you can follow to complete e-KYC to Activate Pay later Benefit.

*Go to My Account and Click on the View details next to pay later credit
*Click On ‘Apply Now’
*Enter Your PAN Number and Aadhaar Number
*Verify the Aadhaar Number using OTP (OTP Will be triggered to Mobile number linked to Aadhaar)
*Review and Submit details of PAN and aadhaar details
*Once the submission is done, the credit limit will be issued Or the application will be rejected

Below are few steps to be note:

1. As per the new financing partner of the Flipkart Pay Later services, IDFC would require you to complete e-KYC to avail the credit option.
2. The credit limit offered to you will be decided by the financing partner based on their credit policy.
3. Please note that you can submit KYC documents for verification only through our app or mobile website.
4. The bill date will remain the same. However, please note that credit policies are subject to change and details about the same will be sent to you.
5. You will need to submit your PAN number and Aadhaar number as part of the e-KYC.
6. Due to RBI guidelines to complete e-KYC through the new financing partner you have to mention Aadhaar and Pan details.
7. Currently Aadhar is required to complete the e-KYC.

We will soon have an offline process set up with IDFC through which you will have an option to apply for the credit option by providing alternate documents.
