How do I enable Instant Booking?
Log in to your account
If you have more than one property, click on the appropriate listing
Click the Property icon on the left navigation menu
Click Rules and policies
Click Booking Options
Select Instant Booking
Click Save


WHAT IS RANKING METRICS

Ranking Metrics were designed to help partners make more informed decisions about their listing by providing listing performance data in context of their market.

To view your Ranking Metrics page
Log in to your account.
If you have more than one listing, select the listing you wish to view.
Click the Ranking Metrics icon in the left navigation menu.

STEPS TO ADDING BANK INFO FOR EACH LISTING .
Via Payment Options:
Log in to your account (web only).
Navigate to the dashboard for one of your listings.
Click Property.
Select Rules and policies.
Select Payment Options.
Click Add bank details.
Complete steps to add your bank information.
Select another listing by using the property switch drop-down.
Repeat steps 3-8 until you have updated each listing on your account.
If you want to use the same bank account across multiple listings, you will see a drop-down to select so that you do not need to manually enter for each listing.

This is because the credit card payment from the traveler needs to be fully settled in our payment system before the payment to you will be released.



Editing rates

To add or edit a different rate for a specific time period:
Log in to your account
If more than one listing, select the appropriate listing
Click the Calendar icon to expand the left navigation menu
Select Rates from the drop-down menu
Click on the date or date range on the calendar to edit
The Edit Rate panel will appear on the right side of page
Once edits are complete, click Save rate

How do I become eligible for your early payout program?
Eligibility is based on a variety of factors, such as your tenure and good marketplace participation and behavior like volume and frequency of bookings, acceptance and cancellations, and other factors may be considerations in your eligibility. Continuing eligibilityand participation in the program will be evaluated regularly.


Early payouts are released to a partner’s bank account seven days after the traveler completes a payment. The payout should be available in their bank account within five to seven business days, depending on their bank’s processing time. Currently, earlypayouts are available by invitation only.


How to set up early payouts post migration
Log into your account.
Go to the Payment options section of the dashboard.
Under the bank deposit section click on ‘Add Authorization’.
Fill in the direct debit form and click the Authorize button.
Partners who are given the option to have early payouts as part of onboarding or migration will also need to fill in the form. They will see the option to fill in the direct debit form in the payment options section after they have added a bank account to the listing.
