Max. cashback points per customer during the offer period: 500 (1 Cashback point is equivalent to 1 INR)
In case of returns / partial cancellations the final transaction amount needs to be minimum Rs. 2000 to be eligible for the offer
If customer does an online transaction of Rs 2000 or more on multiple online merchants then he will be eligible for earning 10% cashback up to Rs 500 basis the highest transaction amount (irrespective of the merchant). For Example, If customer uses his card on 3 merchants with 3 different transaction amounts as: Rs 2000, Rs 3000, Rs 4000 then he will first earn 10% cashback on Rs 4000 (10% cashback = 400) followed by Rs 3000 (10% cashback = 300 but will only get Rs 100 as max cashback limit reached) & will earn no cashback for 3rd transaction of Rs 2000 as the customer has reached maximum cashback cap of Rs 500.
Cashback points shall be posted to customer's Debit Card linked account by 29th Feb 2020. Customer will need to redeem these Cashback points by logging into NetBanking or calling PhoneBanking and request for redemption of the Cashback points
48 hours post request for redemption of Cashback points, the equivalent amount shall be credited to the customer primary account Linked to the Debit Card only
Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional CashBack Offer, may be borne by the Debit Card holder / winner
Offer valid for all HDFC Bank debit cards apart from Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.
Promotional Cashback points earned will be valid for redemption for 12 months, post which the same will expire.
This offer wont be applicable on Travel.
User should connect with HDFC Bank for any cashback related query. Flipkart is not liable to initiate any cashback.

a. Through NetBanking: Cards> Debit Cards > Enquire> CashBack Enquiry and Redemption> Account Number> Continue> Input the CashBack amount
