May I know the reason that why do you want to cancel your order?

I would like to inform you that below are the eligibility criteria to avail the Cash On Delivery to Prepaid payment conversion:

Orders with a single unit

From 'Approved till dispatched', the Cash On Delivery to Pay On Delivery option is available for all courier service providers. Once the item is 'Dispatched till Out for Delivery', the Cash On Delivery to Pay On Delivery option is available only for Ekart shipments
The status of the order is between 'Approved to Out for Delivery'

Current payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery)
You can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided to you via an/SMS

Following are the steps to make payment:

I would like to inform you that the product was delivered to you on June 16, 2019 and since it has crossed the seller's 10 day replacement days return policy period, the seller will not be able to fulfill your request.
