As per yesterday meeting, following is the status, (please correct if any discrepancies)
a) The paint work will get over in a week or so.
b) The final coat wont be given and would wait for the partition / interiors to be done and come once that is over.
c) The electricity Meter Box was applied for, in past 2 days, so it would take another 2 weeks, approx 12-15 Dec to be installed on the premises.
d) In reference to point C, the first utility bill of premises viz Electricity Bill, would be generated between 15 Jan - 31st Jan 2020 if its fixed between 12-15 Dec.
e) As per Indian Registrar, the company formation is hardly 5-10 working days (1-2 normal weeks including holidays/weekend), so it would be done by 1st week of Jan 2020, if we apply by 20 Dec 2019.
f) As per reference to point E, The Indian Registrar of Companies need the submission of Utility Bill inside 1 month of Company formation, so if company is formed by 1st Week of Jan 2020, we have till 1st week of Feb 2020 to submit the Documents. So as per Point D, we can submit the said doc needed by the Local Registrar in the aforementioned time.
g) Hopefully if we form Company and finish registering the Premises contract around 7-15 Jan 2020, we will get 2-3 weeks for fitout of premises around 10-15 of Jan 2020 (after signing and registering of the Indian Contract which in turn is dependent of Local Company Formation, which in turn is dependent on the electricity bill), hence we will be able to do the fitouts / inner partition after 10-15 Jan 2020 after signing the contract.
h) So hopefully we start office in end of Jan 2020, instead of original plan of 24 Dec 2019.

2) Electric Bill (Utility Bill) Generated ==>> 6-7 Weeks from today
3) Company formation ==>>> 5-10 Jan 2020
4) Agreement / Contract Signing & Registration ==>> 7-15 Jan 2020.
5) Fitouts ==>> 10-25 Jan 2020.
6) Office Start ==>> End Jan 2020
7) Electricity Bill submitted formed in Step 2 to complete the formation of company in Step 3.
