We understand your query about the refund of your product 'Flipkart SmartBuy Wired Earphone With Mic' with the order ID 'OD117171621124318000'.

We are sorry for the trouble you had to go through.

We'd like to let you know that the seller has initiated the cancellation of your product and you would have received a confirmation for it.

Since the item has already been shipped but not updated on status, Delhivery will be informed to return the shipment to the seller. In case it still reaches you, please make sure that you or your friend/family member do not accept delivery and inform the Wishmaster from the couriers that the order has already been cancelled.

The seller will refund Rs. 399/- as soon as the courier service provider confirms the cancellation. This normally takes 04 business days.

Once that is done, it will be credited to your Phonepe upi within 07 business days, as per standard banking procedures and the SuperCoins would be refunded back to coin balance within 24 hours after the completion of cancellation.

In the unlikely event of the amount being debited from your PhonePe UPI, it will be reversed within 08 business days from the date of the transaction.

As per our telephonic conversation, we understand your query that you want increase your Flipkart Pay Later credit limit.

We'd like to let you know that your credit limit cannot be increase as its decided by the seller and their financing partners.
